Turn around time for a warranty repair?

Can anyone comment on the turn around time for a repair? I have about 6 weeks left on my warranty but want to get out in the next week or so. my headphone jack needs to be jiggled or put in half way to work. Also find my stock coil has gone bad. I am kind of surprised since it worked fine a couple of months ago. I did test with my 6x10 and that works fine. I will probably send it to the Illinios repair center unless others are better. Thanks!

Tony usually turns around a repair in a week or less. Call him and see what he says, Late afternoons are the best time to get a hold of him.1-800-392-3223.

Seems to me that mine took about 10 days. Since the warranty is running out, I would bite the bullet and get it repaired. Unless you've got the chance of a lifetime to hunt somewhere that's guaranteed to produce big time treasures and only next week to do it. JMHO, Nancy

bump,

They were done in less then a week. Fast shipment back. Very good job I must say.

(just in time for 8''s of snow....sigh)

Sorry, but I had to laugh about your 8" of snow. We have a fresh 7" here. Stinks, doesn't it?! :rage: Glad Whites got it back to you fast so you can do some snow-tecting. :surrender:

Anywhere from one to two weeks. Just depends on
how swamped they are. I don't think you'll go over
two weeks though.
