probably a "pipeline" for "green gold" OJ.
I can't believe that they did not find it sooner. They have infrared cameras both fixed and in the air. Kind of a no-brainer when a warm body "disappears" on one side and one pops into view on the other side huh?
The tunnels could not be very long either.
I will watch the news and have a laugh
