Been using ttf awhile and really like the progress but sometimes I get a real iffy single where there is iron but a high tone too one way and at 90 degrees just iron dug some without luck any answers to why the high tone? My guess is just the material mixed with the iron any help would be much appreciated HH!

Same reason you get that high tone on nails in Multi-Conductive...It is the shape of the object and someone has told me it has to do with the fast taper of the nail at the point...I have no idea if this is true or not...???

HH,

If I get a deep tone and good numbers even though they are choppy one way... I will dig those, it has payed off many times using TTF. You feel like a dirt doctor once you start finding those Coins in that Iron, LOL
