Trying to get my older Whites serviced

opus

New member
I have a 1976 Whites Coinmaster 5 Supreme that used to detect a quarter at 10 inches, now 3 inches tops. I've tried unsuccessfully to contact Whites service department and S. Howard for advice, with no reply, these were prominent E-mail addresses givin on their web page. If anyone has some advice I would appreciate it.

I have never had a problem with White's service, but I call them and never relied on emails.

Email is a lower priority and they will respond when the mail is checked and they have the time, why not call? The factory might be closed but the other service centers are probably open on Saturdays. (800) 392-3223
