Try a real test !

First go to an old country church.
Then you take your Vision out of truck and turn on.
Next you put it in coins & jewelry mode and adjust sensitivity to max stable operation and ground ballance.
You must then start searching with coil close to soil and sweep at a moderately fast pace.
When you get a good signal you easily pinpoint target and then dig a nice small round plug and set next to the hole you just created.
Now you take a pinpointer of your choice and check said plug and or hole until you locate target.
Get excited by a nice old coin or relic and then place in pouch.
Very important! You must now very carefully replace all loose dirt in hole and put plug back in place leaving as little trace as possible that you dug a hole.
Then proceed to repeat from the (search with coil close to soil and sweep at a moderately fast pace step.)
Two and one half hours later at dark you load up and drive home with a big smile on your face
Almost forgot,Place Vision battery in charger when you get home,Ray.

That is the kind of testing I do too Ray. Nice test results.......

That's the kind of tests we like Ray!

Get er done, out in the field where it really counts. Those carnival tests with the coin under a shot glass with the nail sitting on top don't prove a thing. Put the coil to the dirt, then see what she will do................Nice finds.........Hombre

Again, great finds and we appreciate your post. Out of curiosity, what was the deepest coin you dug?

Nice finds and down to the basics no arguing on depths. Congrats !!!

Hey Ray, Thats the way to with the old tried and true KISS method. Nice going guy :rofl:
