FOR RELIC HUNTING,THIS MACHINE IS WEAPON OF CHOICE.I KNOW IT IS HEAVY AND WITH THE 14 INCH COIL,IT MAKES MATTERS WORSE.BUT FINDING A BUTTON THAT OTHER MACHINES CANT READ,MAKES YOU THINK TWICE.IT IS A HEAVY S.O.B AND CHANGING HANDS OFTEN,WEARS THE ARMS DOWN.I HAVE FOUND ITEMS THAT OTHERS COULD NOT PICK UP...IF YOU ARE UP FOR A BEATING,TRY ONE,YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED.

I have an old ADS II with the 7, 12,15 in and the two box bloodhound coils that is still a great machine for relic hunting. I get it out and fire it up at times. A little heavy compared to the newer detectors, But can't be beat when it comes to finding things. Also good exercise for the arm muscles Ha Ha.
God Bless
