Thought about buying one several times but whoever buys them usually sells them.
Are they as good as you read about or is it just hype.
When I read from some of the members who have had everything,the comment is it is old technology.
Some say a fisher F5 will blow it away.
any help here?

I had the Troy X2 made by Tesoro ,like a idot i got rid of it.Best detector i have owned .same can be said for the X3 made by Fisher.I had the F5 twice ,as for the X3 if I had a choice between the two I pesonaly would go with The Troy X3.If you get one and don't like it I'll take it!.
