2" down at most-I guess mini sewer caps don't sink very quick as there were zincs @7" nearby..

Very nice find, last silver dollar I found was with a X2. Its loves silver.

I found one in a place like that, some kid must have brought it to school for show-n-tell.

I'm pretty sure it was virgin turf. I also found 3 wheats and a older nickle & a silver plated fork from the 20's. looked solid but there were some thin spots. I looked up the marks-nope-heavy plate.Urban park but kinda out of the way.

All I know is I'm lucky to snag it. It was very rainy & started to let up so I went for a 1 hour hunt max. I chose the spot & had minor drizzle the whole time.Packed it up for home & it started pouring again.

It's better than the frozen turf from just a few weeks ago.
