I found myself a Seat! An 1890 Seated Liberty Dime! Went out with my detecting buddy yesterday for a hunt in a hay field at the site of a long gone Missouri town. The seated was only about 3" deep, and rang up a clear 81/83 on my AT Pro. Popped the plug and there she was. I knew right away it was an oldie, but a little dirty, and couldnt make out the date at first. Poured a little water on and could see what I had. My pics are not the best, but it is in realy nice condition. You can clearly read LIBERTY on the shield, see details on the face, and the wreath on the back. I can't make out a mint mark, even though it kinda looks like there is something under the bow. But it doesnt look like an "S" at all, so must be a no mark "Philly". Found some other cool relics. I really like the flower with star suspender buckle. It even has tiny stars on the flower petals. Thanks for looking and HH! Chip
