So i dont have the concentric, but did have a 10 inch elliptical i never used, Removed 11 inch double d from my 75ltd and put on the elliptical. Interesting. At first noisy, I realized i had some things notch out so i then got rid of the notched settings so it was just pure (65) disc. I was at a junky place i had found old coins at before and thought i was done with. It was strange in this way: I usually use 3 tones and left it set at that setting, and with this set up I essentially was only getting one tone, all high tones. What i found was a good sounding hit was either a coin, large metal or large aluminum object.. I could bypass the large metal ones by virtue of their size sound wise. I dug absolutely no aluminum foil or small bits of aluminum, at all, but of course no nickles either. I was getting some falsies so lowered my sense to about 75-80. I was surprised that i found four wheat backs i had totally missed before. 1910, 1917 and two from the forties. It really honed in on dimes with a very clear id and bark. I will try this setup at several other previously hunted areas, the coin signals where as Elton described, accurate and loud, I was really surprised. They where all 6 inches deep or less, but I think thats just the way they run there, Good Observation Elton, thanks, CO
