Large grassy area of park, soft mild soil. Dug tabs and screw caps up to 6 inches deep, some clad and nickles, used All Metal mode. Have it on the Vaquero. Hunted for half an hour, then switched back to the Cortes with stock coil. Bought the Clean Sweep for the beach, used it there, finds dimes to 5 inches deep in dry sand with Disc. at IRON, no gold with it yet, just junk jewelry and coins so far. Great coverage, good coil when beach hunting in dry sand during season.

Air tested 8 ladies 14k gold rings ( all have stones ). Used Min. Disc. and Sens. at 8. All gave a decent signal up to 6 inches, All Metal decent signal up to 8 inches. Mans 14k gold ring with stone: 9 inches, 12 inches in All Metal.
