Trash Diggin'

OK this is a general question for everyone. approximately how much trash do you dig compared to the keepers you recover? There is a lot of construction going on in my city and many old 1900 circa homes being demolished for progress. I hunted one site a few times but found nothing but junk. Should I keep digging junk and how much until I move to a new spot?

trash is part of the game ...now it depends what kind of trash...is it old stuff or fairly modern trash...demo site can be loade with trash and can be very frustrating...if your digging old age indicators then iwould stick it out...but if its unhuntable due to the garbage then move on ...if you looking for just real old coins then you may have to dig some deep trash ....when the coins are deep the become much harder to id..thats when you may see some deeper rusty nails...if i dont find anything but junk then go to a new spot...
