Transporation: How many items can you name? ..............

How many items in this picture do you recognize and can name?

Late this morning, I took this picture of the old tractor and junk behind a work shed in the back yard of a home located on a back road in far North Bexar County. The old man that lives here has some good junk items in this large back yard, as well as a large pet goat with blue eyes. Every so often on my way home from the feed store, I will swing by here to see what new items he has added to his collection. On occasion, I will catch him in the back yard messing with the junk, and I will stop and visit with him. He is in his eighties, lives alone in the old house since his wife died about twenty years ago. I love to listen to the historical stories he tells about the area, as well as a few ghost stories thrown in for good measure. He s a good person.

I took this picture using my Sony NEX-6 camera and a vintage Sigma "Zoom Master" 35-70mm F3.5 lens at the following settings: F11, 1/200, ISO 200, manual focus, Daylight white balance, and Manual Mode. I love using these old, vintage lenses, all of which are manually operated. They can be purchased on eBay, Craig's List, at pawn shops, and even from some of the New York City camera shops that sell on the Internet. I think that I bought this vintage lens for around $35 dollars, maybe $36 dollars and some change from eBay. Kelley (Texas) :)

On the right hand side, this is a telescoping back cut limb saw. It would extend out to about 12 feet, as I recall. It also had a rope activated limb cutter that would cut about 1" limbs.

Above the muffler on the tractor, these are seats for farm implements that was probably horse drawn.

Above the deer anthers, these appear to be fireplace Andirons.

The first thing that caught my eye was the old boat motor and the andirons. There's a lot of metal there.
