traded dfx for mxt

New member
Got a mxt today..well actually i traded her for a dfx..To many bells and whistles on the dfx for the first timer..

Sure no prob dig all nickel foil and pull tab readings for gold jewlry. Nickels read around 22 on the mxt. Manny gold charms will come up as foil and manny rings as nickels and pulltabs. Presets work very well for general hunting on the mxt Quarters are read fairly easily so are dimes and pennys. The mxt Edge book its a must for Mxt users. Dig when singnals are loud and clear. Sometimes when you here faint singnals its a deep target those are good to dig to. Deeper targets will get you older stuff like older coins etc. Some say relic mode is the deepest. But to start off coin and jewlry mode is the simplist on the Mxt. Also silver will read manny times as quarters ore dimes so dig those signals. Good luck Happy hunting

You're going to love it! Good choice in machines! HH, Nancy
