Trade XLT for Sovereign Elite

I don't know enough about the Sovereign to offer a truly useful answer. However, from what I've read and seen on the XLT over the years, I'd be reluctant to part with it. AND, I'd want to know why a Sovereign owner would want the XLT over the Sovereign?

It would be a more sensible swap if you searched beaches more regularly.You may get more depth with the sov on the fields but you won't do too good in amongst iron with it.I owned a sov gt which had an iron mask facility which I don't think the elite had,this made the gt better in amongst the trash,particularly with a smaller coil.I'm with BB on this one,i would suggest that the xlt is probably a better detector overall and that the person that wants to trade knows it.
