Tough ground

For the second time I have taken this detector to the most horrific mineralized site that I know, these fields are just the worst you can imagine. They do have Roman occupation on them but the actual human iron content is relatively small, it just the SOIL. Regardless of the problems the coins & other relics that are there are hard to find at the best of times, but I was determined to go the site as soon as I could. It

Excellent finds Stu,

You guys and gals have it nice in your area, Finds like those are only a dream for us...........Plus, Your set-up (2+ tones zero to 10 disc) is the best setup for relic hunting, Nothing escapes the T-2.

ground read a consistent 60, tough stuff.

Most of my ground reads 80+ the worst reads 89. The FE bar reads .3 Now thats bad soil!. If my ground was as good as yours I certainly could run my Sens a bit higher than that.
This detector is a first rate machine and I know I have used most. The recovery is superb. It does like a bit of square iron but what detector doesn't. Well done on the romans.

This thing loves silver though. I got my first silver crown in 20 years and more.

I've found the same kind of settings, Stu on bad Roman ground. GB fairly frequently as it varies by the yard !!
Good finds though
Word's finally spreading in the UK about the capabilities of the alien but Stu's the only other T2 user I've come across so far
