I had posted this on the Relic Forum but also wanted to post here. This last weekend I located a very early site late in the day. Worked my way up the hill, first target was a flat button...knew right then I was on an old site. Next target was this...

Taking a closer look, I think a capped bust dime is staring back at me!!!

Great finds. You are the first person to hold these items in nearly 200 years. It must be quite a thrill to find items this old.. Heck, I get excited finding a coin from the 1940s! .Can't imagine what it must feel like finding a coin and artifacts from the 1820s! Way to go!

Over the years I have thoroughly enjoyed researching and more importantly studying all artifacts found. Truely an amazing feeling when holding history in your hands. Every piece has a story! Thanks again!
