Tootsie Toy

I dug up this tootsie toy today. Was wondering if anyone could help Identify it.
It has two google eyes on the hood. It also say "JA RUN OUT" on the bottom. Anyone
know what it is called? Thanks

...with the engine in the back and the google eye's, I'd guess it is a VW dune buggy early 1970's there abouts.
