Well I got out Saturday and Sunday after an ear infection. Well, it still hurts but somebody had to ignore doctors orders!!! Since I stay shallow it didn't hurt underwater at all. Saturday I got the class ring at Cass, also the shiny silver ring last on second row.
Sunday, we went to another two interesting lakes. In one all I was finding was coins and the one old silver ring. (middle one second row) I pulled 5.90 cents at that spot. Then we hit another lake I haven't been to. See all the large 3 ring bullets? There was a very old military accadamy on the lake. Also got the 14K white and yellow gold ring that is inscribed. Married in 1967. A few coins later and then back to Cass for a last dive.
I brought up 3 more pair of glases, 4 gold balls, plenty of pulltabs and a lot more bullets than that. I gave some to a friend who was wading and didn't find very many. I have NO idea what that round thinggy is. It looks like it mounted to something and I am guessing a wind indicator from an old snailboat. (Yes, I meant SNAILBOAT!!) It does pivot and the point is sharp!!
The 14K mens ring was a suprise. Out in the middle of nowhere I get this signal. I really thought it was another pulltab. But nope, Nice ring exactly like one I got a few weeks back but it was gold plated. The open knife says "Scout" on it. Silver religous medal and lipstick tube and other assorted odds and ends and the weekend is over.
I can't forget. I dragged another boat anchor in. This one was in the water for ages. Anyway enjoy the pictures. It was a good weekend. The one coin at the top left is a Jamica 10 cents from 1969.
