Tools of the trade , with a view to a hunt.

Yep, got the Garrett bros racked & ready. Stationed 3 stories above the Florida Gulf Coast. That's the good news. This is my 5th year coming to this area, and it has been the most challenging. So the fun is the hunt . I trade the machines off every day.The nickel competition is close , but the Inferno is way ahead in tent pegs. No gold or silver yet. No beach traffic this time of year, but it is what it is. And it's warm.

Keep going...you will hear that magnificent, full high low tone and get some yellow...it will happen

Good luck and wish I had time to drive down and do some dirt fishing with you. There used to be huge crowds behind the fountainbleu hotel in the 80's and it might not even be there now. You should find some gold and silver jewelry because I don't think there are enough metal detectorists to find all the stuff lost down there. Young college students and other out of towner's, partying and drinking and losing jewelry. GL & HH, Dancer.
