Camera doesn't need the darn macro but that opaque filter has that nifty opaque filter to kill the flash nastiness... Nothing fixed up. Just shot it once and threw it on EBAY.

I have one similar to it. Does yours have a date? Mine is 1946, I think.
 
I thought leaving it alone was a good idea. I know how to straighten what is almost sheet metal. Then polish it up... Guvner..
 
Your're getting pretty good with those close-ups. I have to use the Hoya +1,+2 and +4 to get that close with the G1. I know, should've bought the Olympus but have used Canon SLR's for years. Still learning digitals.
