this afternoon to a soccer field and came up with this batch of coins. The Feller sure do love those quarters. A few of these were eight inches plus down.

Looks like you made out really well Bill. Is it hitting real solid on all those or does it jump around a little on the ID. Also ,how would you say it compares to the GTA 1000 when it comes to ID. Just curious since the 250 has newer electronics.

It hits solid on ID. Some of the dimes were on edge and it jumped around a bit on them but that's normal under those circumstances. I haven't used a 1000 in many moons so can't comment on that. Maybe someone on here who has both machines can give you the skinny on that. Since the 250 performs as well as many high dollar machines I would venture that it does.

Bill, you're just trying to make me leave Japan aren't you?! <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D">
Must've been a lot of fun listening to and digging all of them. Well done. <img src="/metal/html/clap.gif" border=0 width=20 height=30 alt=":clap">

Yeah and it was a glorious, sunny, warm, day for February. I hated to leave but it was getting dark. Want to get back as there is still a lot to cover. Hope you're finding your share of goodies.

I havent had a yeller feller yet, but I have one on order if my local dealer ever gets his head out of his tuckus and gets order in.
However, I have done the GTA 1000 thing for about five years. I gave it to a buddy of mine about 2 years ago.
If the 250 is anythting like my GTA 1000 was I will be tickled with it.
