Took the X machine wading today....

I did some shallow wading with the X70 in one of the lakes in my area today. This particular spot is where an old fishing resort used to be. There are still a couple foundations and short sections of sidewalk visible in the brush. It is now a DNR access site for launching boats and boaters anchor and play in the shallows. Hoped for some gold but it was not to be, however I did get some old coins.

Cool finds,no lures???? Ya beat me on oldest coin.:angry: But I whipped ya big time on shell/shotgun casings, take that.

Hi Bill,
I did chase a bunch of those 22 shorts along with lots of split shot. Oh well, they will still be there next time to get the heart racing. I did get a couple more of those 22 HP casings that I didn't put in the picture. Doesn't that spinner blade count for a lure? Got one on land the other day also, go figure.
