I went out to a local lake today for a few hours... there were lots of folks, but the finds were few.. maybe someone beat me to them!!LOL
I did score a tungston ring and I know most folks hate them, but on a slow day like I had today, it sure beats the heck out of a bottle cap or pulltab.
It has a nice design and is heavy for its size.. I'll keep it!!
Thanks for looking,
Felix

Nice ring and great find. CCH

First off, WHO is complaining about finding a ring!?!?!?

Beautiful ring!!! There's just something about seeing that metal circle in the ground, and the moment of excitement wondering what it is! Congrats on the find!

I took it to the jewelers and ask them if it was gold inlay, but they couldn't determine if it was or not.
I don't see any markings on the inside besides tungston, so I don't know if it is gold or not at this time.
