I decided to give my Explorer a break yesterday because the CZ looked lonely on the shelf. I haven't taken her for a walk in months...and she was waggin' her tail
I decided to pop on the Sunray 12" coil which will go to China if you want
Went to an old school site on private property...WITH permission of course....but most of the area was grown over with weeds
The only area I could hit was the newest part which shut down in the late 60's. They had REdone the playground area in about 1960 according to the owner...and it was mostly little tiny gravel mixed in with dirt..YUK
My old friend can still find the deepies because most of the coins I found were from 8" to 9"...with a couple at 10". Man that baby goes deep with the Sunray FZ Invader 12" coil on it.
No way to find the older stuff because the first 7" was gravel before you even get to the dirt...so the oldies are probably at least 15" down.
I don't care though...cause to me silver is silver...no matter how old
Now if I can only find the time to take the CZ21 for a spin.
I guarantee you that no matter what new machine comes out...or what brand of detector I am swingin' at the time...I will ALWAYS have a CZ in my stable.
They are silver killers. I have had and used every CZ model that has come out except the 3D...and they are all deep and all excellent machines.
