Took the DFX out before it divorces me!!

Been using the E Trac so much that the DFX was getting lonely, and a little bit ticked off. So I took it out to a field some friends had permission to do. It was easy digging and relaxing! Managed 2 coppers that I thought were a Large Cent and a British copper. But after cleaning them it all disappeared. The farm soil and fertilizer kills copper. The large Crotal (sleigh or cow) bell is the size of a baseball and has the owners initials cast in it, plus an early version of our country's Eagle. Wish that one was whole!!! Lots of fun.HH.

nice finds, coinnut! definetly colonial time period pieces. i think you do just as well with one machine as you do with the other. wtg, i hope i have half that luck today! hh,
