...should have gone to work!
Well, not really...a bad day detecting is better than a good day at work, right? Besides, it wasn't all bad. Just all clad, no gold. In fact, a surpisingly light number of wet sand targets. I've seen most hunters hitting the dry sand lately and saying the same thing. I think the thing is the water is still a little cold. People are going in but not for too long. And it's a little cool and a little rough today to take the Excal into the water, so I hit the wet sand for a while and then the dry. Lots of great scenery out there and once I got tired of digging clad, a great hour-plus rollerblading session.
