Took my Tiger out for a walk for the first time. 3 hours on a very small

salt water beach. I guess I cleaned up for somebody else! My Tesoro Tiger Shark did very well. It ground balanced very well and pin pointing with 10.5" coil was easy enough. Used the salt mode. Also dug a couple of deep cans! I had the descriminate set low at 2. Some places the bottom was trashy with iron but the Tiger knocked it out very well. I figure as long as I was pulling nickles and pull tabs, if rings were there they would have been had too!

Think you are on the right track! There is a certain anticipation of "bling" each time I dig a pull tab! The more of them I dig, the more I think the odds are getting better for the next one to be something worth digging!

I found that it is actually easier to recover targets in the surf it self reather than the wet sand. The wet sand would not filter through the scoop. I guess for the wet sand I will have to use my scoop that has the rat wire mesh. Tools of the trade!!!!!!!
