Took my new hunting partner for a spin...

First hunt of the spring season and I tried out my new Explorer SE! It worked great and I think I will like it just fine. Here is the take from a farm field where an old residence once stood. Pictured a dateless LC, 1847 LC, four matching buttons (Scovalls & Co. Backmark), a whatzit (horse tac decoration?), two smooth faced flat buttons and a cool two-piece button with a dog on there.

It was a fun hunt and nice to finally get out after a couple months couped up.

Best of luck to all and HH - BF

Now thats what it is all about right there!! I just love the old coins. Good luck with the new machine with the 3rd generation faster processor...Yes I am jealous! :starwars:.......Good times are sure to come! HH

Seems like you found an excellent hunting buddy, nice finds and would check out that one with a dog on it as it seems unusual...
