Yesterday and today were just 2 days of very slim picking, I MD'd all day both days and this is all I have to show for it, I tried several spots and just nowhere I went had much to give up. Few more whaest and injuns for the pile, the silver ring was beat up pretty bad from a plow. Injuns are pretty crusty as well.

looks like not a half bad two days. i like the eagle piece too!

Looks like 2 very good days of hunting to me! I would like to find 1 IH period. Good finds, Beale.

It looks like you had a good two day's of hunting to me.

The way I get my silver rings back in to shape is to use deep well sockets and I have a heavy plastic hammer. I start with what ever size that you can slide the ring on, tap it some and then go up to the next size until you have the ring nice an round.

Look at it this way there are days that we all recall going out and finding nothing but junk so in my opinion you had 2 great days!

Decent finds bro, I'm liking them indians. How deep were the wheats and indians? And what number does it say when you get penny, quarter, dime and nickel signals?
anyway nice finds,

:minelab: beats :pulltab:

most were field finds, and I'd say 2-3" deep
wheats 34-38
indians 28-32
dime 38-40
quarter 42
nickels all over the place, they never lock on with the 3khz coil, sometimes they register as high as a zinc penny 30-32
