I slipped off for a short hunt between rain showers this evening. It was getting pretty dark and every now and then I would hear thunder off in the distance. I ran the coil over a piece of sheet metal and got the good ole screaming "belltone" and at that very instant a flash of lightning streaked across the sky <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock"> I jumped about 2 feet straight up! The next signal I dug was a thimble that was all mashed up. When I got it home and cleaned it off it says (some brand name) then "Cures Constipation". I got news for ya.....detecting in a thunderstorm will do it too!!!! <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock"> <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock"> <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock">
