I bought a new grille to cook over campfires,tonight we broke it in:Burgers and polish sausage,over our new bonfire pit......Next time:Either boneless chicken breasts with Asiago cheese and mushrooms,OR:A nice pork loin,wrapped up in foil, with some butter.Cook Mr. Loin for around 30 minutes over a low fire on the grille.......Open the foil,slit Mr. Loin down the center,pour in a bunch of whatever favorite BBQ sauce ya might have,close Mr.Loin back up in the foil,cook for another 30-40 minutes over the low campfire,...Open foil,and have at it,baby!!!!.........OH!!!!!!We discovered some nice STEAKS in the freezer tonight,too........They also have a date with the campfire grille......NOW,WHOM IS HUNGRY.???????Warthog Steve........
