Maybe you can have the Doctor write a prescription for a new detector, and have the health insurance pay for it, also get some metal detecting prescribed for physical rehabilitation. (Well one can hope) Sending best wishes for you to be back hunting soon. Artie

Praying for a successful surgery and speedy recovery. Hope you are back to dirt fishing soon. God bless.

A man went into a teaching hospital for surgery with a famous doctor and after he had surgery he woke up and was told the surgery went great. Why am I having pain in my groin area he asked, still somewhat sedated. The surgery went so well, the doctor got a standing ovation and did a circumcision as an encore.

I'm liking Arties idea! :clapping: I hope you fully recover and get back out finding!

Thanks everyone for the good wishes, it's been a week now and it's coming along healing well, however they won't know if the surgery worked or not for a while yet. That dam morphine is a kicker lol, Took me places I never been lol. Soon it'll be time to post some of the finds over the last month or so. Good to see some still out braving the weather. Cheers an HH.

"We can rebuild him, He will be bigger, stronger, faster, than before". Some of us of a certain age may remember the TV show that line is from. Good luck with the PT and getting back to active duty. Artie
