Tommy Gun, Cheerleader, and Sweetheart Pin

1940's lot. The ladys Veggie Garden is dried up and gone so I hunted the area , It's About 500 square feet. I found about 20 cent in modern change and other stuff. My best find was a Navy officers sweetheart pin, I think it dates back to the 1940's. It has a hallmark on the back(LGB) and below it reads (1/2010KGF) I think the hallmark stands for (Lloyd Garfield Balfour). I hunted for 2 hours after work today. I really need a new camera , I think my 10 year old 4 mega pixel camera has lost it. I am wrestling trying to get a good Pic. Thanks for looking good luck:thumbup:

Thanks 1/4 Horse,The Pin is a Naval aviator badge:thumbup: I just dug it up yesterday. I looked at over 800 pictures of sweetheart pins on EBAY and could'nt find anything close to the Badge. I found the Naval aviator badges right away, So thanks again for the info. I found only one that has the hallmark (LGB) on EBAY . same size as mine 2 3/4 wide and 1'' , and they were asking $100 for it. Maybe i can get a better pic of the back of the badge. I'm pretty sure it's WW11.
Yea Gopher , when I get around these old houses, from the 1930' 40's I have so much fun.
