Toltec II and new probe

I recently acquired a Garrett Pro-Pointer and wanted to get out and spend some time getting more familiar with it, so I grabbed my old Toltec II on the way out the door and beat feet for a fairly large park that like most has seen more than its share of detector

Well that still pretty good on that 37 wheaty, and you know most detectorists use alot of disc so they will miss things, and they sweep in a --Z- pattern and miss alot of stuff probly all kinds of good things still thear especialy if you are finding keys like that

For a change, if the rain lets up, I'm going to give the local high school another go. The last time I was there I hit the foot ball field and was quite surprised at the number of deep and not so deep non-coin targets I pulled out of the middle section of the field.

Good job with the masked wheat penny and after all, that is typical Tesoro iron trash performance.

I've dug up some nice coins and relics with square nails in the same hole using a Toltec ll and other model Tesoros.
