Tokens Galore & A Nice Whatisit!

What a day found 5 tokens 1 in bad shape a 1911 barber dime a buffalo nickel some wheat's and clad. Also dug this very large ornate item that was all bent and had a top on it when I found it. I thought it was just a piece of aluminum when I first dug it but got it home cleaned it up and found it was stamped sterling and also has the maker mark stamped on it.I have never seen anything like it but its a nice piece any help with an i.d. on it would help.
