Toggle Boot

Me too.

These are the same boots that Sun Ray uses on their probes, so contact Ralph at Sun Ray or any Sun Ray dealer to get some.
The ones at Radio Shack are different and the only place I been able to find any is at Sun Ray.

I just received my toggle boots, ordered from Dixie Metal Detectors. Are there any tricks to installing them?

Available for Sovereign, Eureka Gold, Striker-XT-17000, XT-18000, SD's, GPX's, Sun Ray Probes, and many other toggle switches. Protect your toggle switches from dirt, sand and moisture with these attractive durable silicone rubber "half boots." Hex nut is sealed with silicone and replaces hex nut on switch. Simply unscrew existing hex nut and screw on the rubber boot

We get them from good electronic components shops.

There are two types available for the small toggle switches, both work well. $1.85 ea.
