Lots of interesting finds today. I think the best is the Hutchinson bottle. It reads J N MULVIHILL 127 N GREEN ST CHICAGO. It has the stopper in it and most of the leather part. Haven't researched it yet. Horseshoes are quite old the skinny one is very thin. Fossil watch (dead) Two silver bracelets, a small silver ring and a 1897 Barber dime were my silver finds. Six wheat and a King George cent were my old pennies. Oldest wheat is a 1912.

Enjoy the pictures.

I did get some very old fishing lures also. The spinner is wood and so is the big one. OHH and I had to bring up this teapot. It was an interesting find also!

Yesterdays big finds. My camera battery was dead again yesterday and had to be recharged. My only old coin was a 1963 Rosey

Fossil warranty is 2nd to none. Give Fossil a call and tell them you recovered the watch (don't lie) and you would like to repair it. Last time I had a recovery, the watch had a cracked bezel and was flooded. I sent in a check for $27 with the watch and of course the watch was a total loss. I received a gift certificate for $125 towards MY choosing of Fossil merchandise. Bought his and hers matching Fossil watches for Huntress and I. Here is the contact information and you will be sending the watch to Metro Service Center in Dallas, TX.

TY Gulf Hunter!! Glad your still making the rounds. My watch is bit cloudy cause of the moisture but not cracked. Will contact them on Monday. The only reason I found the Hutchinson is because of the stopper!! It was burried in muck. I will problably clean that old silver bracelet. It has two crossed arrows in the center and looks old. LOL Yes I put time into my hunts. Made two dives today and was underwater a good 5 hours.

Thanks for all the replies. One day will have to take a picture of the buckets of trash I collect.

How do you hold everything while you hunt? Bottle (very nice), tea kettle, horseshoes and the rest of the lot adds up to a lot of volume.

I have a BC with two large pockets. I kept the bottle in one of them. I also have a 6" mesh bag I have on a retractor I put all my small finds in. Coins, sinkers, pulltabs, bottletops and any other small finds. The tools and cans and other large objects go into a float I pull around with my dive flag on it. I guess what I will have to do is have a picture taken so you can see how I have everything situated. Since I rarely go over 10' deep I can come up and deposit large goodies in it without too much of a problem.

Fantastic hunt, you should be rich by now with all the gold and silver you have found, congrats SD on a great hunt!

Wasn't thinking about you pulling a float. That certainly makes sense now!
Cheers,
