todays relics from the river 10-3-12

found an old shotgun shell ----(1898 to 1932. In 1932 Western purchased WRA to form Winchester Western which lasted until 1944. In 1944 Olin Industries re-organized the company in to Winchester Western Division of the Olin Industries) So it looks like mine is pre 1932 and some old Iron parts, the one in the bottom right , is intresting , because i found the exact same thing out in the corn feild, all said no silver yet Also , I found a nice agate .
 
Interesting Gunnar. How do you date the shotgun brass? Would be a good way to date an area. They turn up in places you don't expect.
