From the land of the Bluenose...remember the crappy signal this find gave me. Marked sterling on the back and with the design on the front of a pair of wings and RAF in the middle. Not being a military collector but believe that it is a uniform pin for the Royal Air Force. Ironically found on a ballfield near Shearwater Airforce base in Dartmouth!

Anyone have info on this one?
 
It's an RAF "Sweetheart Pin", given to the loved one of a member of the RAF. Very common in WWII, but I dunno about today. Still a nice find.
