From the land of the Bluenose.....this beauty came from a swish of a Dartmouth lake that Id hammered unmercifully but still produced some geat finds. The design on this puppy appears to be a wreath around the outside with a cresent and 3 rings like an olympic symbol inside the outer wreath...beats the halibut out of this bouy what it represents.

Meanwhile on the job front....getting dicked around about the postion I was hired for but lots of work (too much) and better pay. Whatever happened to ethics and principles in the business world?

Neat design. I wonder what it stands for? Let us know how the job thing goes!

Is that ring have a soviet symbol on it? It almost looks like it. I got real tired of the corporate game about 16 years ago, thats why I'm self employed and can be typing this at 9:14 in the morning! There is a downside to self employment...taxes, insurance, but it still beats working your tail off for someone else and then being told thanks as you are ushered out the door!

the public school system you can be kicked out. I taught 27 years at the same HS but in my 15 th year they said I might not be back as enrollment in my classes was declining. At that point I made sure my enrollment came before anything else. In other words, I lowered my student expectations. And I was not only teacher like this. Good luck on the job, steve in so az
