I went out for about 4 hours today and searched an old park that my buddy and I have been hitting from time to time and it is still giving up some goodies.
I got my second silver coin for the year(1954 Rosie), a 1905 IH cent, 3 wheat pennies dated 1920, 1927, and 1946, a button with "WU" on the front ( Western Union??), and a small sterling pendant with some initials on the front and sterling stamped on the back on the lower right hand side.
This park is heavily trashed ( like so many others ) and it is hard trying to concentrate on the softer signals, but it does pay off if one has the patience to slow down and listen carefully.. having the Sovereign doesn't hurt either LOL!!
