Todays outing

Got out for a couple of hours today with the Vaquero after a three month hiatus. Been struggling with sudden development of severe arthritis in my knee which makes kneeling difficult. Forced to walk a lot slower too. I am trying to work using a low folding camp stool I got online at SoldierCity. It's OK but not as stable as I would like. Anyway, found only 26 cents and a lot of junk. I have to keep experimenting in order to readjust to the new situation since I do not want to give up my hobby.

I can sure as hell identify with that and empathize with you.
I don't know about you, but in my case, old age ain't for sissies.
Arthritis be kicking my ass. Hang in there.

My sympathies are with you, Tseeker.

Arthur is a bad house guest that never leaves.

When it's my time I'll turn up the discrimination and cherry pick to save wear and tear on the knees.

I hope ya knee comes good Tseeker , I got the same dramas with me back makes it hard to enjoy this awesome hobby some days . thank god for light weight Tesoro's

Not to be a gloomy gus, Tseeker but...don't overdo it.

Bending over to dig on that stool too much could give you a whole new area of pain: your back!
