Todays lake nut

Me and the wife took off for Lake Murray, SC, this AM. Had a nice time, no kids whinin' and found nut. Here are the pics.

Dig all the pop top and get the GOLD
Thats what they say. I dont really mind the tabs, its the pockets of hot rocks and/or iron crap that bug me. It can be tough at times until you learn the ropes. I did learn one other thing today, too.

As usual, when you go detecting in a crowded swim area, kids always show up with the ubiquitous question:

"Whatcha doing, Mister?"
I came up with a new response, to wit,

"I'm looking for trash!"
"Huh, why you wanna do that?"
"Didn't you see the sign when you came in? Im the beach cleaner and you're not suppoes to bother me."

Kept 'em moving along pretty good.
