Today's Hunt (Sat 1st). My buddy finds a BIG Silver and a first for him. :cheers:

I have not posted up any finds for awhile so, being today was a special day for my hunting buddy it seemed a great day to do so.
We got out and boy was it a nice day to be out hunting.
Temperatures where almost 60* and people where out and about making it a great day to hunt.
We hit a couple different spots but, on stop one it was a special day for my buddy.
I started hunting with him over a decade ago and I watched him find his first Half Dollar (a Franklin).

Today was to be a great day as it has been over ten years since he found his Franklin and today he got a really nice Walking Liberty.
I was really-really happy to see him finally dig one.
He did not dig a ton but, who needs to when you dig a big silver.
Here are his finds for today's (green 11 Wheat and a 41D Walker).

I did not have a ton of luck on super oldies today but, did mange some keepers.
I also found a really nice .50 Cal Mini Ball that I gave the homeowner who happened to be into C.W. Reenacting.

I raised my Silver count today so, I came home happy again.
