Because of scumbags......I hate scumbags. There was a happy ending to the story though (not for said scumbag though) :thumbup:

I sat this morning going back over my maps and Google Earth, and got about a half-dozen "possible" sites. I thought I'd take a drive and maybe see if I could get permission to hunt 1 or 2. I guess today wasn't the day (see above link).

But, supposed to get some rain Monday & Tuesday, so I'll just wait until the middle of the week. I'll just have to stuff myself with yesterdays left-over ham, beans, and cornbread :lol:

Sure is Ron, and it's likely going to get worse. I gladly postponed my hunt for knowing a scumbag went to jail. I worry about my dad & his wife (both 86).

Got some errands to run today, so I may go check-out some of the sites, and if it rains it might be a good time to catch the farmers at home (or in the barn working). Looking forward to going, even though Saturdays hunt didn't produce any keepers, I'm always in the mindset that the next one will :detecting:
