Today's hunt clad and paper!

Got in a couple of hours behind the DeLeon with the stock coil I'm going to spend a couple days cleaning out a football field at a local High School. Since the ground is so hard I figure I will hunt somewhere they have been watering the grass so I went back to High school. I worked my way around the outside of the field at first pickings were slim till I found 2 one dollar bills under a tree. Hey I'll take it anyway I can get it after that I worked my way back toward the football field dug a little more clad and a 1934d wheat penny. I hit the sideline on the far side of the field and I will work my way on the field tomorrow with the cleansweep this school is not that old mid 70's but I am sure it has not been hunted well as I have dug 7 or 8 rings out here in past few years if there are more I'm sure the DeLeon will find them anyway here's today's goods

A friend of mine was hunting Carmel beach, in Calf. he was hunting in the bushes, where many go to make love after dark, and got a really nice sounding target, it turned out to be a money clip that was a 1921 silver dollar, It had 11 $100 dollar bills in it, made his day. Grubstake

Congrats on your finds phinbolt. I love reading your posts and the pictures are always good quality. I found 2 $1 bills detecting one day. It made my day. Never will turn down money paper or coins, when detecting. HH

Paper money! one day when my son was young I came home from detecting and gave him a paper dollar and said I found it detecting and his eyes widened and he said your detector finds dollars too!
