My son was off today so we decided to get out and hunt.
We headed to a home very close to us. The ground was like butter but, very very chirpy in this yard.
I was able to dig a very nice but, very worn SLQ next to an old tree close to the barn (in photo).
My son did not dig anything here sadly so we headed on to another place.
The next place I have hunted for years but, it is a very large property so, things are always left to be found.
I was a able to dig a toasty 81 IH and my son got a button and an old Paul Rever suspender buckle. I also got one wheatie here as well.
My son was a tad bummed he didnt get any old coins but, I reminded him everyon has off days. Not to mention if it was an easy hobby everyone and their brother would be hunting. Thank goodness its not and I reminded him this hobby takes dedication and plenty of research.
It was a nice day with temps in the 60s.
Thanks for looking and HH all.
