Today's harvest...

Today i went alone detecting. I hit the road with absolutely no clues as where i should go. I went north... that was my first decision. The I looked at my "bible" (My mapbook with all the visited spots) and tryed to find an undone beach.
First stop was a very small swimming hole filled with moskitos... wasn't mutch except two Loonies (1$ coin) and a twonie (2$ coin). Well help pay the gaz.
Second stop was a beach i visited a few years ago. Wasn't expecting mutch but to my amasement, the very first signal was the first gold of the day, and the nicest ! A nice two tone wedding band.
I hunted for about 3 hours and there wasn't a ton of signals. I did managed a second gold (the small pendant) and a silver pendant with arabic inscriptions.
On my way back i tryed a third lake and only got a twonie and a few more coins. Plus I got a ring that got me going for a little while. Look good, even had an inscription but can't resist gold testing... oh well, 15.00$ in change plus a silver and two gold isn't so bad !
