Got out today for about 3 hours , a dream yard, no iron, no trash , the se just hummed along , no nulling except for a coin, getting used to the the all metal mode ., but today, no noise ,and no nullin,,, 34 wheaties ,2 mercs ,4 rosies , 1 1962 quarter , old skeloton key , some other odds and ends , have a great day , good hunting all. So to all that think the se is not a good machine, i think it speaks for it's self , and thanks for all the advice on all metal. i 'm getting used to it and it's getting easier to pick out the good tones , out of 41 coin hits, and i kept count , i got 41 coins. not one dig was empty.

Anytime you can go into a spot and find 30+ Wheats along with 7 Silver, you are going home smiling like a little kid that just got some candy from the candy store. Great finds. Did you cover the entire yard or do you have to do a return trip and finish up? Also, I would go back and dig anything that is Good in Conduct Readings and Tones. You don't want to pass up a Gold Ring do you? Good Luck and HH.
